Greetings Foodies and Wine Lovers:
Take a trip to Morocco and Provence, the lands of magical spices and heavenly lavender.
Spend the afternoon with me celebrating the art of Vegan Mediterranean Cooking and Wine Pairing.
In this hands-on delicious Vegan Mediterranean Cooking & Wine Pairing class (limit 10), you will make a Moroccan Millet Pilaf (gluten-free) with roasted seasonal vegetables, dried apricot and toasted hazelnut, a Lavender Lemon Tahini Dressing and a Pear Lavender Tart (dairy and egg-free), which we’ll enjoy with a Château de Seguin Bordeaux Superieur 2013, a lovely red wine from the south of France and perfect for Mediterranean cuisine. We’ll even raffle a bottle at the end of the class.
