Fruit Butter – Your Choice
Available in a dozen delicious varieties, these homemade fruit butters are slowly simmered to perfection with no added sugar— only sweetened with homegrown stevia and flavored with delicious spices.
These fruit butters are perfect to have on hand. You can add a spoonful to your morning oatmeal, place a dollop on top of your yogurt, mix some into baking recipes for added moistness and extra flavor, smear a heap onto whole grain toast, or even use them in a variety of different recipes (peach mango butter chicken, anyone? how about pear butter seared scallops? yes please!).
As a personal trainer and nutrition counselor, I created these fruit butters to help me meet my fitness goals. Unlike traditional jams, jellies, and preserves, these fruit butters have no added sugar whatsoever— just all natural goodness! These are perfect for anyone who requires a specialty diet such as vegan, sugar free, gluten free and/or clean eating.
